End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee” or “You”) and Skyline Innovations SARL (“Licensor,” “We,” or “Us”) governing your use of the software, plugins, themes, and other digital products (“Software”) provided by Skyline Innovations SARL.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes in accordance with the documentation and applicable laws.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software except as expressly permitted.
  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Updates and Support

Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at its discretion. Support services may be offered under separate terms or agreements.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.
